2. Product Nature & Descriptions
All Celine & Erika products are handcrafted jewelry pieces. Due to their handmade nature:
•Minor variations in color, texture, weight, stone placement, or finish are normal and expected
•Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or photography
Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
3. Pricing & Accuracy
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Celine & Erika reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies and to cancel any affected orders.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.Payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Celine & Erika does not store payment details. For Unstapay on delivery orders, full payment is due upon delivery.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery (Instapay Orders)
For Instapay on Delivery orders, customers are required to inspect the item at the time of delivery before completing payment.
By accepting the item and completing payment, the customer confirms that:
•The item has been inspected
•The item matches the order description
•The item is free from visible defects
Once accepted and paid for, the sale is final.
6.Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
• Requests accepted within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
• Exchanges are a brand courtesy
• Shipping costs and price differences apply
• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale

7. Non-Returnable Conditions (Explicit)
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
•Change of mind
•Size or style preference
•Slight differences in color, shine, or detailing
•Damage caused by wear, mishandling, water, chemicals, or improper storage
•Third-party repairs or alterations
•Items accepted during COD inspection
8. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the item.
Celine & Erika is not responsible for delays or failures caused by courier services, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

All website content, product designs, images, logos, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Celine & Erika and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
